- Maintain your property – Do the best you can to attend to repairs as they occur. As your property begins to age it is important to do a few minor renovations to keep the property feeling fresh between tenants and help you maintain a higher rent. For example, a fresh coat of paint, steaming the carpets and garden maintenance are minor moderations that make a great impact.
