This weekend the 2018 Yak Ales Barbecue Festival will be a smoking good time
CENTRAL COAST STADIUM Sat & Sun from 11am
Local and international barbecue chefs, including four-time world barbecue champion Myron Mixon, top local BBQ restaurants and butchers, Australian DJs and a special screening of the not-yet-released movie ‘The BBQ’ starring Shane Jacobson feature in the line-up of Yak Ales Barbecue Festival at Central Coast Stadium from 11 am Saturday & Sunday.
The two-day festival line-up is a vibrant and energetic celebration of all things American Barbecue. The program activities include TGI Friday’s Cocktail Flaring, masterclasses from the winningest man in barbecue - Myron Mixon and other BBQ legends, a Butcher Battle that will see local butchers prep, grill and plate meals on stage and on Sunday; the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) sanctioned Barbecue competition.
Vision: People of all ages enjoying the Yak Ales Barbecue Festival atmosphere; international BBQ stars, professional barbecue chefs making mouth-watering, American-style barbecue food; live music and DJs.

Tickets: Single day tickets $15 and weekend pass $25
