The award-winning Eclipse Early Education Group (EEEG) has opened its new Armstrong Creek centre at Warallily Estate. The centre received its service approval and opened on January 15.

On their Facebook page Eclipse Early Education Warralily has talked about the inauguration and the great reviews it is getting from parents. “Our children are enjoying all of the amazing experiences and have a full belly too! The Centre Manager Michelle is in the process of calling all families to determine orientation and start dates. Parents who are looking for information can email the centre at info@elz.com.au.  The centre aims to provide a personal, happy, family atmosphere where parents and community members will feel welcome to bridge the gap between home, the centre and the community.

The group’s state-of-the-art purpose-built centre provides a range of programs - Infant care for 0 - 2 year olds, Toddler Care for two to three-year olds, Kinder Care for three-year olds and a fully funded Kindergarten program for four-year olds. It is open from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm (excluding public holidays).

The Armstrong Creek centre focuses on the holistic development of the child using natural environments and resources. The curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework. Eclipse centres use Story Park as part of the curriculum. Their team of educators are passionate and qualified. The centre welcomes children from the diverse community and celebrates cultures of all kinds.

Armstrong Creek uses digital media to help families to keep in touch with the centre and watch the child’s progress. Story Park records learning and communicates it with parents and family in a private learning community. It helps parents and families to share images, video, audio and PDFs privately within their family too.

The Armstrong Creek centre also provides nutritionally balanced meals prepared on site by qualified cooks. They will take into account a wide range of cultural meals and allow children to try new foods. The menu is designed using the “Get Up and Grow” guidelines to ensure that all children are provided with 50 per cent of the recommended daily intake of nutrients.

Their group has other centres located in Brookfield, Clyde North, Craigieburn, Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Epping, Eynesbury, Lyndhurst, Murrumbeena, Pimpama and Torquay.
