The Lead Generation Company Checks in With Promapp

Announcement posted by Promapp 28 Feb 2018

Sydney, 28 February 2018 – The Lead Generation Company, Australia’s premier end-to-end lead generation provider, will deploy cloud-based business process management software (BPM) from Promapp in a strategy designed to fuel company growth and support client programs.

The Lead Generation Company specialises in end-to-end lead generation and strategic client management.  Its bespoke systems are purpose built to effectively contact potential clients and manage the entire lead generation process through crafting well-tailored strategies around data lists, telemarketing and appointment setting.

Having grown extensively in the last two years and managing a roster of many multi-national, blue-chip clients, The Lead Generation Company’s 100 staff were previously operating with inconsistent business processes across the organisation. This resulted in processes being held in a variety of formats and a lack of engagement and process ownership.

The company’s rapid pace of growth led to some employees working from home adding a greater requirement for protection of intellectual property, ease of access to information, and a central point to find and update well-defined processes.

As Grant Walker, Chief Operating Officer at The Lead Generation Company, explains “What we required was a solution where our staff could create processes that everyone has timely access to, one source of truth to reduce the double handling of information, and follow streamlined policies and procedures for everyday business processes.

Promapp has an intuitive user interface and rich feature functionality, and being cloud-based means that it will enable everyone in the business to access and provide feedback on processes in real time whenever they want and wherever they may be located.”

Promapp will be fully deployed across The Lead Generation Company’s operations by mid-2018 with plans afoot for the software to support execution of their client programs in the longer term.

“The objective is for Promapp to become a standard business tool for The Lead Generation Company and one that will fundamentally change the way we communicate internally.  Once deployed we will have one central source of truth for process information and will spend less time trying to find the answers to queries.  Savings in time will accrue, enabling staff to focus on more revenue-generating tasks,” says Walker.
