PROGNOSIS to enhance system reliability and performance of mission-critical cardholder authorizations applications
TSYS, a global provider of electronic transaction services for some of the worlds best known and most respected financial institutions and retailers, has selected PROGNOSIS by Integrated Research (IR), to manage its HP NonStop computing environment that implements mission-critical cardholder authorizations applications. PROGNOSIS is an integrated systems management product designed specifically for our platform and enables us to manage our midrange NonStop computing environment from a single view. This means we are better equipped to proactively monitor our systems to identify potential problems before our clients and their customers are adversely affected, says Phillip Patrick, director of technical support, TSYS. We selected PROGNOSIS for its ability to provide detailed root-cause analysis and customisable automation features, as well as Integrated Researchs commitment as a technology partner and its market leadership.
