CHEF OF THE YEAR FINALISTS WITH COMPETE WITH, AND WIN, A ROBOT COOK

Can the PROFESSIONAL Chef’s please enter the competition arena!  This is the real deal, people!  The eagerly anticipated, most highly regarded and competitive Professional Chef Competition in Australia is about to take place.  The Foodservice Chef of the Year Competition will be held at the new Convention Centre in Sydney from 27-29 May as part of the Foodservice Australia Tradeshow.  Robot Coupe is not only a proud sponsor, decking out each of the 4 competition kitchens with their superior professional grade cooking equipment, Robot Coupe will also award the winner with a Robot Cook of their very own!

This year’s finalists will be given a box of ingredients, along with kitchen equipment including the Robot Coupe Robot Cook, Planetary Mixer and Stick Blender. Without prior knowledge of ingredients, Chef’s will be tasked with preparing two courses before a panel of judges and a live stadium audience in the space of just one hour.  Armed with their Robot Cook, Chef’s will be able to effortlessly emulsify, grind, blend, chop, mix and knead to perfection. Chefs will also love its combination of high speed and enviable cutting quality, plus its ability to heat ingredients to a temperature of 140°C, accurate to within one degree.
