AUSTRALIA, Brisbane. Softlink Information Centres, provider of the Liberty library management system, is sponsoring and exhibiting at the 2018 Australian and New Zealand Theological Library Association (ANZTLA) conference in Brisbane, July 11-14.

A Liberty User Group Meeting for theological libraries has also been incorporated into the official pre-conference program for delegates. Softlink’s Sarah Thompson will participate in the user group which will provide theological librarians with the opportunity to learn more about new features in the latest version of Liberty.

Theological libraries are invited to visit the Softlink stand at the conference to discuss the latest developments to the Liberty library management system, including the Mass Knowledge Repository (MKR) and updates to the LibertyLink mobile app.

The Mass Knowledge Repository was released in early 2018 aims to make mass digitisation using Liberty a more affordable option for customers. The optional service allows Liberty to be used as a digital repository rather than just as a library catalogue.

The LibertyLink mobile app provides library users with a fully functional mobile library experience. 2017 updates to the app have provided enhanced user self-service features.
