NEW EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS FOR THE TOOWOOMBA REGION

Help Enterprises, a Queensland based not-for-profit organisation is pleased to announce the opening of a new employment & training office at 5 Bell Street, Toowoomba.

Help Employment & Training is a division of Help Enterprises, celebrating 50 years’s experience supporting people with disability in 2018.

The new office is in the heart of Toowoomba directly opposite Centrelink, with on-site car parking available and just a five minute walk from the local bus terminal.

Help Employment and Training CEO, Greg Luck said “With this new office and three more in Gatton, Crows Nest & Oakey, we’ll be able to help even more people with disability gain and sustain life changing employment outcomes. In the last two years alone we have supported thousands of Queenslanders into employment.”

 “We pride ourselves on having a strong customer centric approach to achieve real employment outcomes for our participants that enrich their lives, by connecting and empowering them within their communities.”

“We also provide employers with support to find talented staff, and access wage subsidies and incentives” said Mr Luck.

As a leading Disability Employment Service (DES) provider, Help Employment & Training will offer employment assistance to job seekers, staffing solutions for local businesses and tailored training courses.

HELP has strong connections with both community partners and employers in the region and is able to also refer job seekers to specialist services as required.

HELP has supported nearly 50,000 job seekers and specialises in helping people with disability; by creating employment pathways into local businesses and leading by example through directly employing over 350 staff with disability in a wide range of jobs within HELP.

The grand opening celebration will take place on Monday 9 July from 1.30pm to 3pm, with Toowoomba Regional Council Mayor, Paul Antonio to commemorate the celebration with a ribbon cutting.
