Queensland Scientist Brings Revolutionary Product to Australia

By empowering people who drink to test themselves before reaching for their car keys, the company aims to reduce drink-driving accidents whilst giving back peace of mind to drivers, passengers, and pedestrians.
Since the beginning of 2018, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads have already registered 103 fatalities on the state’s roads, an indication that road safety is not improving. Based on the past five-year fatalities average on Queensland roads, more than 140 road casualties can be expected by the end of 2018, if no measures are taken. In addition, if people continue to drink and drive, we could see a repetition of last year’s staggering numbers that saw more than 25% of road casualties related to drink driving.
