ASI Solutions launches into the new financial year with record revenue success alongside leadership realignment

Announcement posted by ASI Solutions 09 Aug 2018

Sydney, Thursday 9th August 2018 - ASI Solutions, a leading provider of innovative business technology solutions, has reported stellar end of financial year results, with revenues clocking in at $84.5 million, up $13 million and 18% on the previous 2017 financial year end, as recently announced at company’s annual conference.

The company’s focus on hardware and software deployment, managed IT services and ‘as a service’ models, as well as a growing suite of consultancy services has enabled the ASI Solutions to continue to meet the specific requirements of individual customers and to trump previous revenue records.

ASI Solutions’ Managed Services division has increased by over 112% in the previous 12 months through an aggressive growth strategy within the local government, education, and corporate sectors. ASI has been successful in winning tenders for a number of managed services contracts out from under some of the more traditional players in this market by demonstrating capability, agility, and a keen focus on delivering business value objectives rather than a siloed technology sale.

In the last 12 months, ASI has increased headcount by 15% as well as announced a leadership realignment across both sales and services in order to continue to enhance customer experience and expand market presence.

Nathan Lowe, Managing Director, ASI Solutions, said, “Recent achievements with new clients such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Flower Power, and NSW Ambulance has seen ASI’s customer base grow significantly to now serve well over 2600 organisations Australia wide. In the coming 12 months we plan to see this continue to grow significantly and needed to ensure the team was structured in a way sustain it."

The results are a testament to the team and through this the Company is reinvesting back into its staff with Nina McDonnell appointed to the Head of People & Culture role.  Nina's background in heading up People and Culture during her time at Rugby League World Cup and AFC Asian Cup Australia 2015 was an attractive proposition for the business. Nina will now focus on how we re-invest in our people through leadership development and learning programs planned within the business over the next two years.

Under the new structure Jason King will head up Education and State Government sales, while Karl Sice will lead the Commercial and Federal Government team. Jason Eaton, previously the Victorian State Manager, will now step up to the Head of Customer Experience where he will be leading a new division charged with ensuring ASI’s customer satisfaction rates continue to grow for sustained success into the future.
