SYDNEY, 16 August, 2018 – Blackboard’s flagship Teaching & Learning Conference Australia and New Zealand, recognised as a leading edtech event in the region, is taking place from 29 to 31 August 2018 in Brisbane.  The event will bring together educators, administrators and industry experts to address the critical challenges impacting today’s fast-changing world of education, promote knowledge sharing and acknowledge best-practices utilizing technology to drive student learning, progression and success.

This event will be held at the Hilton Brisbane and will showcase over 40 technical, business and industry focussed sessions, in addition to featuring a number of key Blackboard partner solutions on the exhibition floor.  Topics to be covered include improving the accessibility of education, student success and retention, learning analytics, optimizing the student experience, leading institutional change and the path to readiness for a successful SaaS migration.

This year, keynotes will be delivered by:

We’ve closely collaborated with clients from top institutions across the region to create a three-day program that will tackle these tough subjects and more.  In sharing the latest updates from Blackboard, we believe the Teaching and Learning Conference reinforces our reputation as an innovative industry leader with our clients, partners and prospects in the education community across Australia and New Zealand.”

In addition to learning about the latest in education technology, highlights at this year’s conference include:
