Announcement posted by ConnXion Limited 30 Apr 2005

ConnXion Limited [ASX:CXN], a leading provider of document production and delivery solutions, today announced that its multi-channel document delivery solution dubbed ConnXion received an award at the annual Consensus Software Awards dinner held in Sydney last week.
The Consensus Software Awards is Australias only independently judged awards for Australian designed and developed software. The Awards are sponsored by Microsoft and are recognised and endorsed by the Australian Federal Government through Austrade and the Australian Computer Society.
The judging panel commented, ConnXion's multi-channel document delivery solution exceeded the judging panel's criteria in all three of the categories: innovation, performance and potential. The ConnXion product is already a mature and successful solution in its market space and has significant potential for growth both locally and internationally.
ConnXion provides a fast, easy and efficient solution for delivering business documents such as tax invoices, statements and credit reminders across multiple channels including email, fax, SMS and the traditional post.
It is a great honor for ConnXion to receive this award, said David Colvin, CEO of ConnXion Limited. This Consensus Software Award illustrates that ConnXion is the leading provider of document production and multi-channel document deliverysolutions. ConnXion is committed to building on this success with continued product innovation.
ConnXion uses an Application Service Provider (ASP) model whereby its clients upload their billing or other associated data via a web browser to the ConnXion server. ConnXions patented FLEXML software engine then merges and converts the data, producing a formatted business document. This document is then delivered via multiple delivery channels including email, fax, SMS and the post. The document delivery channel incorporates failure management and redirection to alternative delivery channels should the document fail to be received by an initial delivery preference, ultimately delivering the document via the post.
It is pleasing to see an IT product that has a direct positive impact on the environment through its aim to reduce the amount of paper-based documents. This product is a leader in its field, the judging panel added.
