Sharp have teamed up with Madison Technologies to kickstart their interactive stand at this year’s Integrate expo being held at Sydney’s ICC over the next three days. With their recently launched huddle board PN-50TC1 at the heart of the stand, Sharps display panel technology stood out fiercely against many of their competitors.

With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in one hand, and a Nintendo console controller in the other, passers-by experienced the full capacity of the interactive screen, which had been mounted as a horizontal tabletop that showcased the panel’s various features. Whether users had a go at taking out the high score playing Nintendo game ‘Streetfighter’ (the competition was tight!), or enjoying the inbuilt games, media players and interactive whiteboard functions, there appeared to be a use for everybody.

Looking around the expo, it is evident that the display industry is stepping up its game, exploring new visual technology and pushing the boundaries by finding innovative ways to enhance user experience. For those who have yet to come down and explore the expo, it’s definitely worth the visit. Be sure to swing by the Madison & Sharp stand (i40) for a cuppa on us and have a crack at the top spot of the Streetfighter competition.
