Growth in larger serviced offices attracts corporates
The popularity of coworking and serviced office spaces has in part been driven small businesses agility and leaning to outsource everything from people, services and infrastructure. Indeed if you look around most coworking centres the sweet spot for their customer office size is 5 - 10 staff, with room amongst coworking desk spaces to expand.

is the growth in larger office spaces of up to 100 desks being offered as turn key serviced office solutions - and it's big corporates not small businesses and startups that are taking an interest.
When we built a marketplace for businesses to rent spare office space, we didn't expect to have offices for teams of up to 30, 50 or 100. All ready to move into! But we have. And they are gorgeous.
