Announcement posted by Step into Life Australia 29 Aug 2018

Step into Life joins Womenâs Health Week

Raising awareness about women’s health is a challenge and is why this campaign encourages women to prioritise their health and create a routine that delivers a happier and fitter life.

“We are excited to be associated with Jean Hailes for Women’s Health. As the Fitness Partner for Women’s Health Week, we recognise the importance of physical activity to the health and wellbeing of women across Australia & New Zealand, says Mel Cathie, Western Australian Master Franchisor and Ambassador from Step into Life.

“As personal trainers, we are constantly told by our members how difficult it can be to find the time and motivation to maintain good health and fitness.”

Mel further explains, “Step into Life sees Women’s Health Week as the perfect stage to bring together experienced health professionals to showcase fitness routines suitable for all women thinking about taking action to improve their health and wellbeing.

“Helping women make real and sustainable improvements that lead a healthier life is the backbone to Step into Life’s ethos,” continues Mel.

“Every personal trainer at Step into Life, is tailoring their training sessions during the period of the campaign to inform, educate and demonstrate how exercise can help improve fitness as well as alleviate and treat many women’s health conditions.

“We are also co-ordinating specialised events to inspire Australian and New Zealand women to take positive steps that can last a lifetime starting with the Women’s Health Week launch on Saturday 1 September.” exclaims Mel.
