More Telecom to supply 3G and 4G mobile services

Announcement posted by More Telecom 03 Oct 2018

Business telecommunications provider, More Telecom has confirmed they will now provide 4G and 3G mobile services over the Telstra network via a new supply agreement with iBoss; a subsidiary of Symbio Networks.

This deal allows More Telecom to offer 4G mobile voice and data services to 96.5% of the Australian population. When combined with 3G coverage this will equate to 98.8% of the Australian population being in range, covering 1.62 million square kilometres.

More Telecom CEO Andrew Branson comments, “It is vital for us to be able to provide high quality mobile voice and data services to our business customers. It complements our range of business data and voice products. 4G redundancy can now be provided in a range of managed routers that we are rolling out to customers across the country.”

More Telecom offers SIM only mobile plans. All include unlimited standard calls and SMS and include a range of data inclusions. They also offer a range of data only SIMs for use in tablets and routers.

Branson goes on to say “In today’s digital age, data redundancy is critical. Our business voice services run predominantly as hosted PBX and when businesses rely on their phones – we cannot be reliant on a single data carrier. Outages do happen and having access to the nationwide 4G and 3G mobile network of Telstra allows our hosted PBX services to remain connected during any network outages.”
