FOREST HILL CHASE SOON TO UNVEIL $18 MILLION DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT PRECINCT

In an exciting and much anticipated move, Forest Hill Chase shopping centre will soon unveil an $18 million dollar dining and entertainment precinct development that will bring together state of the art design, functionality and renowned food & lifestyle retailers all under the one roof.  

Situated on Level Three, the redevelopment known as The Loft, will be home to an extensive new dining, leisure and entertainment precinct that incorporates 11 new restaurant offerings with a wide range of cuisines, a new innovative kids’ play area, and significant upgrades to the ambience, amenities and entertainment offerings. 

The Loft will be officially unveiled this Friday, 7 December ahead of what is sure to be a busy Christmas period for the shopping centre. 

Owned by private investment firm and managed by 151 Property and JLL, the redevelopment is an exciting one for the local community with a great range of dining and entertainment options on their doorstep and the likelihood of many jobs for locals, as well as an anticipated 10% increase in visitation to the centre.

Planning of The Loft redevelopment commenced in 2016, with the build undertaken over a six month period. 

The redevelopment of Forest Hill Chase is set to be a game changer for the local area and also 151 Property and JLL as part of a wider master planning strategic enhancement.

The Loft grand opening festivities will formally commence this Friday, 7 December from 10am.
