Hyperion Expands Australian Operations with Opening of New Brisbane Office

Office to provide increased support for Queensland customers
Hyperion Solutions, the leading provider of Business Performance Management software, has announced the opening of a new Brisbane office that will focus on the needs of current and future customers in Queensland. This follows the recent opening of the Western Australian office in March.
In a related announcement, Fintan Diviney has been appointed to head up the Queensland operations. He will manage the Brisbane office and report directly to Thomas Palmer, Hyperions Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand.
Fintan has over five years of experience working for Hyperion in numerous roles, most recently as Alliances Director, and has been part of the companys significant growth over recent years. Prior to this, Fintan held senior positions at local Hyperion business partners including IBM. Fintan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the GalwayMayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), Ireland.
Our growing Queensland client base was the driving factor behind opening a Brisbane office. This new office will bring Hyperions national and global resources closer to key customers in Queensland and enable us to exploit further business opportunities to grow our operations in Queensland, said Fintan Diviney, Director, Hyperion Solutions. We are located in Eagle Street in Brisbanes CBD, which gives us convenient access to most of our customers.
Hyperions Queensland customers supported by the new Brisbane office include Xstrata, Queensland Rail, Queensland Treasury, Queensland Department of Education and Training, Ergon Energy, Emperor Mines and Toyota Tsusho South Pacific.
