Brisbane’s quirky crew – Regurgitator – is set to bring their witty, musical mash up of funk, pop and rock to HOTA’s stage this summer with a show dedicated to kids on January 12.

Sure to get both kids and adults on their feet, the crew’s rocking performance includes a collection of unique kids tunes, witty banter and a silly attitude especially for young people.
HOTA CEO, Criena Gehrke, said Regurgitator’s performance will be a lot of fun with their cheeky take on punk rock.
“The Regurgitator Kids Show is about as naughty as punk rock can get and still have a G rating,” she said.
“We encourage you to dress up in your favourite rock gear and show us your air guitar moves.”
With a host of activities leading up to the Regurgitator performance, kids have the opportunity to get loud and make their mark by participating in a number of free workshops held days prior.
The Kids Rock Out Air Guitar Workshops are held on January 9-11 where participants can master some slick moves to show off at the Regurgitator Kids Show.
A rockstar’s look would not be complete without a wild rock wig, which the kids can create in the Little Artlab – Rock Wigs workshop on January 12 before the concert then strut their stuff at the show.
For those that got in early and signed up to the booked out Artlab – Glam Your Guitar workshop on January 12, little rockers will be sporting a glammed up carboard guitar to rock out in style at the concert.
The Regurgitator Kids Show will be rocking from 11am on Saturday 12 January at HOTA, Home of the Arts.
