Inaugural Partner Conference for power quality channel to be held in Sydney
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA. Power management company Eaton today announced a significant revamp of its PowerAdvantage Partner Program along with a new online portal and incentives campaign for power quality partners in Australia and New Zealand.

The PowerAdvantage program introduces new Certified, Authorised and Approved partner levels and a new portal for power quality partners. Now live, the portal has many features including the Power Advantage training academy, monthly promotions, rewards and a 24-hour turnaround on deal registrations.

John Atherton, General Manager, Power Quality ANZ at Eaton said the portal launch is the first of many new initiatives for the revamped PowerAdvantage Partner Program. 2019, will also see the inaugural Eaton Partner Conference held in Sydney in April which will recognise the new partner levels at Eaton.

“With many new exciting opportunities in the marketplace already, we wanted to start the year by offering our channel partners greater support, more benefits and a new platform that will simplify the way they interact with Eaton, through marketing, training, and deal registration. It’s always been easy to partner with Eaton and we’re energised to make 2019 even easier with Eaton.”

“We look forward to engaging with partners on this efficient platform, while offering partners the opportunity to reap the benefits of the various rewards programs and promotions we have on offer.”

Gavin Swadling, National Channel Manager ANZ, Eaton, said by building the PowerAdvantage Training Academy into the portal, partners will have access to the latest technical training for Eaton products and software.

“The portal will allow new partners to sign up with Eaton, complete training modules and gain certificates. For existing partners, continuous training will increase knowledge of Eaton products and build technical skills.

“Certified, Authorised and Approved partners will have access to co-branding opportunities and a branding library where they can avail of various logos. While the deal registration process is much easier with 24-hour turnaround from Eaton, deal reminders and live access to deal registrations,” said Gavin Swadling.

As part of the revamp, Eaton has introduced a new rewards campaign called Mega Friends in addition to the rewards program where points will be awarded for products purchased via Eaton’s IT distributors. Mega Friends for the IT Channel will open until August 2019 and will take 16 individual recipients away for a 4-day all-inclusive trip.
