Dallas building's feature windows protected by EnduroShield - an Australian innovation

Announcement posted by Lisa Stallard PR 08 Feb 2019

This landmark building features a 20-storey curved façade with floor to ceiling insulated windows protected by EnduroShield

The iconic office building located at 2021 McKinney Street of Dallas’ centre is prominently located at the intersection of McKinney & Olive Street, part of Dallas’ bustling Uptown neighbourhood.

The building is easily recognizable by its 20-storey curved façade – the tallest building in Uptown. The structure boasts nearly a half million square feet of Class A+ office space, with lofty 10-foot ceiling heights framed with floor to ceiling insulated windows.

EnduroShield was specified to be applied to the 230,000 square feet of façade glass to protect against corrosion, etching, and staining, to make the glass far easier to clean and keep the glass cleaner for longer between scheduled cleaning.

EnduroShield proves to be not only a cost-effective solution preserving glass for years to come, but also through reduced maintenance time, water usage, and removing the need for chemical cleaners can contribute to LEED credits.
