MELBOURNE, Australia - Feb. 15, 2019 - Zuuse is pleased to announce the acquisition of FM Innovations (FMI), a leading provider of cloud facilities and property management (FM) software.
The acquisition deepens Zuuse's FM software offering, with a cloud-based FM solution, strengthening its building operations capability, notably in the retail and education sectors. FMI software is utilised by in excess of 50 blue-chip clients across Australia, managing over 21,000 sites, including Officeworks, Spotlight, Miele, Just Group and Regis Aged Care.
