Announcement posted by Trade Alliance Group 18 Feb 2019
Brisbane, Australia: A partner and affiliate of some of Australia’s leading construction material suppliers - including Boral and James Hardie - Trade Alliance Group (TAG) leverages group buying to help builders purchase construction supplies at competitive prices.
At the heart of their operations, TAG aims to help tradies save money and obtain fairer deals when purchasing construction material. By partnering with national and local suppliers, they supply building material at extremely competitive rates. Valuing the contribution of Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Landscape Queensland to the industry, TAG offers members of these associations free membership.
Some of the other benefits of a TAG membership include:
● Access to big brands and national suppliers
● Price lists are available online 24/7
● VIP showroom visits for end customers
● Members-only concierge service: TAG liaises between builders and suppliers to resolve any problems or concerns
● Free plan quoting service: TAG obtains quotations for their builders from relevant suppliers
● Discounted estimates through Alliance Estimating
At present, TAG operates only in South-East Queensland and Victoria. This, however, hasn’t prevented them from reaching a wide market in the construction sector. Some of the other suppliers they work with are the renowned National Tiles, Bunnings Trade, Carpet Call, and Taubmans - to name just a few of their many affiliates.
Citing the impossibility to maintain so many accounts with all the businesses needed during construction - and the cost associated with this - David Rogerson of Trojash Pty Ltd believes that “TAG fills these gaps and provides a comprehensive service to me, while I enjoy the prices of a much bigger turnover. I almost recovered the annual membership fee with the first insulated roof supplied. I don’t usually make recommendations but TAG provides all the benefits, some of which are the best I’ve found”.
About Trade Alliance Group: Trade Alliance Group works to protect the interests of smaller builders and tradies in Australia - their call is to join the fight for better prices and services. Based in Samford Valley, Queensland, they help their members save thousands of dollars every year in construction supplies.
