"We are on a journey to ensure GroWorx's capabilities have global reach while we fulfil our enterprise and social justice mission.

I’ve learned from my decades as a corporate leader that it’s more than just credentials. And as a founder of a business with the mission of helping businesses and communities thrive in the modern world, we had to find somebody that had tangible experience on what a millennial services business really is, and the multi-faceted role a modern business has in the world.

Julian’s vigorous philanthropic efforts and genuine understanding of the culture required to succeed in a digital-native services business was rare, and make him well suited to guide GroWorx' into their best selves. He will join the current GroWorx' Executive team."

“GroWorx has a big vision, and is redefining the landscape for “Globally Distributed Agile Services”, said Mr Harris. “Dan has assembled an amazing team, with deep expertise in Agile DevOps, API led strategies, IOT, AI lead BPO, and much more. Through Dan’s expertise, the company combines start-up agility with corporate scale. I’m excited and honoured to be part of the journey”. I look forward to working with the rest of the Executive Board and all the talented people in GroWorx to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

My passion as a leader is ensuring the highest quality delivery, and unrelenting client focus, and I know this matches GroWorx values. My international business experience, knowledge of the engineering industry, client and people development focus will be invaluable for the success of GroWorx”.
