Teksmobile Australia Set To Launch Toucan Country Guides

People contact travel agents for great packages, and travel agents need precise, accurate destination information to provide such packages. Teksmobile Australia, an international mobile app and software development company of repute, is about to make this task easier than ever before for professional travel companies. Team Teks is on the verge of launching Toucan Country Guides - a set of more than 80 information-rich travel guides, designed specifically for agents.
Speaking on behalf of Teksmobile, CEO Hussain Fakhruddin explained that travel agents will be able to use the Toucan guides as a handy value-added service for their customers. Since the guides are fully white-labeled, customisation is easy - and travel companies can easily add their official logo, contact information, colours, and any other visual branding elements as it deems fit. It’s going to be a ‘fully personalised product for travel service providers’, opined Mr. Fakhruddin.
In order to serve its purpose as country guides that travel agents, and in turn, tourists, can rely on, providing updated, double-checked information on all relevant topics is vital. This fact is not lost on Mr. Fakhruddin and his team. A senior travel advisor from the Toucan team recalled how they had researched in-depth on each country, to come up with all the pertinent details - things that would help the final traveler. The guides have all the information that travelers might require during their trips.
Elaborating more on the nature of travel information that the Toucan guides contain, Mr. Fakhruddin stated that, right from a brief country overview, emergency contact information, and weather-related data, to local road/traffic rules, famous cuisines and local etiquettes - the guides are going to have them all. There will also be a brief bit about taxes (VAT refunds, mostly) and currency regulations. In order to ensure that the end-user does not run into any problems during his/her international tour, the local embassy/consulate information will also be provided. In addition, there will be lists of common phrases and public holidays (2019 dates) too. The Teks CEO is confident that travel agents will find the Toucan guides really well-rounded.
At the time of the Toucan announcement, the way in which travel agents can control and manage the guides was also highlighted. From the official website (www.countryguides.io), agents can securely log in, and access the dashboard. There are 30+ subcategories displayed, and registered users have to take the final call on which sections are to be displayed in the guide. Agency logo(s) can be cropped and added next, along with contact details. Sharing is easy too - with travel agencies having the option of downloading and sending the guides in PDF format by email, sharing as links, or even handing over hard copies. API access will also be provided, to help travel companies include the information in their systems and/or their official mobile apps.
The resources of Toucan Country Guides are for paid subscribers only - but, in a bid to reach out to the widest possible audience, the subscription fees have been kept at an extremely competitive level. By paying the introductory annual fee of $60, an agent will get full access to all the country guides, with no daily download limits. Teks will release Toucan with 83 white-labeled country guides, with more countries to be added in subsequent updates. Agents will also get a free 7-day trial period, which can be extended on request.
