RedSheriff teams up for launch of IAB Singapore

RedSheriff continues its global involvement with the IAB and renews its participation in the development of worldwide online standards
Prominent Web Analytics player, RedSheriff, has continued to secure Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) memberships throughout the world. RedSheriff's global membership tally with the IAB appears to amount to the greatest number of regional enrolments generated amongst all associated companies with the Bureau.
The IAB was established to assist interactive marketers, media, agencies and technology companies improve their operations by providing education, events, research and the development of standards and guidelines to create best practices across the industry.
RedSheriff's global memberships extend to long-term associations in the United Kingdom, along with recent admissions into the US, Italy and Singapore chapters. It is intended that the company's association with the IAB will assist by contributing to initiatives such as the establishment of universal online measurement standards, dialog and continued participation in the research and resources pertaining to Web Analytics and prospective applications.

With an official launch of the IAB in Singapore this month, RedSheriff has further honored its commitment to involvement and collaboration in this governing body. Ken Sng, RedSheriff's Singapore-based Business Development Manager, assumes the role of Secretary within the Executive Committee. Along with RedSheriff's representation, the committee is comprised of members from IBM, Yahoo!, BLUE and mDigital.

The IAB looks forward to the chance to collaborate on common standards, definitions and advancements relating to this area".
Pursuant to the Singapore launch, a decision was made to prioritize the definition of standards locally, increase interactive revenue through education, establish the IAB as a platform for communication in addition to further enforcing the Bureau as a well-informed and proficient resource.

IAB general membership is open to companies that perform any type of interactive marketing including online, email, wireless, interactive television or other emerging platforms.
