The Krygger Technique Comes to Geelong

The move to Geelong has created a buzz to not only the Geelong community but excitement for those in the alternative healing industry.

According to the RACGP, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has become an established part of healthcare for many Australians with an estimated use by up to 2 out of 3 Australians. One Surfcoast healer has identified the need for a space to encompass a breadth of natural healing modalities in the Geelong central area.

Rebranded as The Healing Place, the new and exciting location will provide an umbrella center space for health practitioners, ranging from Yoga instructors to massage therapists, meditation classes and wellbeing workshops. The beautiful seamless finish of the new space reflects the mindful contemplation of what Jan's vision.  The center offers a broad range of alternative health services and experiences with the benefit of a central location. The studio style hub, designed with an interior that is best described as sophisticated; however, the warm and gentle atmosphere really whispers home.

After running a successful practice in Barwon Heads, Jan Krygger decided it was time to grow her business model to support other practitioners and provide them with the space to enjoy a unified growth in the alternative health movement.

Founder of the Krygger Technique, Jan Krygger believes that the health and wellness movement is increasing rapidly, but is restricted in the region from high commercial pricing.

“There are so many practitioners, healers, and instructors in our area that are very gifted but are restricted by finding a room somewhere or are restricted by commercial real estate prices. My idea was to create an opportunity and platform for this community”.

The Healing Place will be open March 21st, with the opening celebrations to be announced.
