HCL Technologies Partners with Cherwell Software to Introduce DRYiCE Gold Blue Print on the Cherwell Service Management Platform

Noida, India,  and Colorado Springs, Colo., – April 29, 2019 – HCL Technologies (HCL), a leading global technology company, and Cherwell Software, LLC (Cherwell), a global leader in service management, today announced a product platform that layers the DRYiCE™ GBP (Gold Blue Print for Service Management) on the Cherwell Service Management platform. 

The companies’ Enterprise Service Management solution is designed to help their shared customers improve technology adoption, realise quicker time-to-value for new technology investments, and simplify system upgrades. HCL Technologies’ process simplifies IT service design and management for customers, while Cherwell’s low-code platform offers the easy customisation of new IT services and the extension of digital services beyond IT. DRYiCE™ GBP will be available as an implemented image on top of the Cherwell Service Management platform and will become a new offering for HCL Technologies.
