Thrive builds capabilities in Sports, Food & Beverage and Tech communications with senior hires nationally

Thrive PR + Communications has created six new positions across its Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Thrive PR + Communications has created six new positions across its Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices, strengthening the agency’s existing expertise across categories including Sport, Food & Beverage and Hospitality communications.

 

In Thrive’s Sydney office, Jemima Fallows and Caroline La Rose join as Account Directors. In Melbourne, Jasmine Richwol has been appointed as Account Director and Jai Higgs as Account Manager, while Sam Borland-Smith has joined the Brisbane team as Senior Account Executive. Joanne Barnes has been appointed into another newly created role as HR Director, as the agency continues to expand across its five offices.

Jemima Fallows brings extensive experience in food, beverage and hospitality to Thrive, having worked for nearly a decade in the hospitality industry and as an event and content producer both locally and overseas. Most recently Jemima was Group PR & Partnerships Manager at The Solotel Group, where she managed all internal and external communications for the group’s 31 venues across Sydney and Brisbane.

 

With more than ten years of b2b and b2c communications, PR and social media experience, Caroline La Rose has worked in agency throughout her career across global brands including Oracle, Symantec, Verizon, Adobe, RSA, HTC, Skype and Airbnb.

 

In Melbourne, Jasmine Richwol joins Thrive from Vicsport, bolstering Thrive’s Sports & Entertainment expertise. She also has broad consumer PR experience and has previously worked in television broadcast for Channel 7, Channel 10 and the AFL.
