Announcement posted by myMedPac 24 Jun 2019

myMedPac have made it much easier for older Australians as well as their carers to manage their medicines. You and your loved ones are now able to get webster packs organised, packed, and shipped to your door with no added cost.

Patients can simply go to https://www.mymedpac.com.au or download myMedPac from app store to register. All you need to do is fill in your details and myMedPac will handle the rest.

Once your profile is setup, myMedPac works with partnered pharmacies and communicates between the doctor and yourself for medical history and any prescriptions required.

The myMedPac application allows you to access your medication chart, track your deliveries, and chat with a pharmacist at touch of a button.

Patients currently are paying anywhere up to $10 per week to get their medications packed and many of which requires physical pickup, which can be hard for older people with limited mobility.

The best part about the service is there is no extra packing or delivery cost, all you pay for is your prescriptions.

Founder and CEO Joe Zhou says the service greatly improves medication compliance and makes life so much easier for those carers.

“So often patients are getting hospitalised not because they aren’t prescribed the right medication, but they miss doses and get medications mixed up,” he said.

“This service gives peace of mind for everyone in the family so you can focus on doing the things you love”.

Anyone can get this service, whether you are on 2 medications or 10, myMedPac is designed to simplify your health and increase medication adherence rates.
