Senior finance executive Michael Divens appointed as Mayfair 101 Group CFO

Australian-founded, London-based investment and corporate advisory group Mayfair 101 is today announcing the appointment of Michael Divens as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Divens is a senior financial executive with over 15 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the funds management, professional services and financial services sectors.

A chartered accountant by training, Michael began his career in Scotland with one of the big four accounting firms, EY, before moving to finance roles in the health and education sectors. After moving to Australia in 2001, Michael’s career progressed into a senior financial management role at another big four firm, KPMG.

Prior to joining Mayfair 101, Michael was Chief Financial Officer at River Capital, a leading Melbourne-based funds manager.

Mayfair 101 founder and Managing Director, James Mawhinney, commented, “2019 has been Mayfair 101’s most exciting year yet, following the launch of Mayfair Platinum in July and confirming our purchase of Dunk Island earlier this month [September].
