Featuring built-in Wi-Fi, the revolutionary Schlage Encode™ connects directly to your home’s network, meaning no additional accessories or hubs are required.
The Schlage Encode™ Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt, whilst sleek in design, is quiet in operation and simple to operate, and it’s also graded best in security, durability and finish (BHMA Grading System). It’s quite simply, their smartest lock ever. All you need to do is pair the Schlage Encode™ deadbolt with the Schlage Home app on your smartphone to lock or unlock your home from anywhere. This will provide access to trusted friends and family with customised access codes and receive notifications when your lock has been accessed, from whereever you might be in the world. It’s total control and peace of mind at your fingertips.
You no longer need to worry about making sure which subbies have construction keys, and who has returned them, as you can add and delete codes when and if you need them, easily allowing and removing sub-tradespeople access. With no hubs or gateways needed to connect the Schlage Encode™ Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt to the home network, installation and integration with other smart home technology is easier than ever.
Schlage’s innovation helps keep homeowners safe through integrated events that allow a door to lock automatically at a set time, see who is at the door and unlock the deadbolt remotely for trusted visitors, and ensure the house is safe for family members.
You can lock and unlock the door conveniently through the Schlage Home mobile app, and see and speak to guests at the front door and unlock the door when a Schlage Encode Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt is connected to a front door camera. You can also use voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to unlock and lock the door for a courier parcel to be dropped off.
Similarly, you can specify who has access and when by setting up to 100 permanent, recurring or temporary lock codes, or send virtual keys to trusted guests via text or email. Also, there is no need to take a key with you on your run, or if you accidentally lock your keys inside - simply enter your access code for re-entry.
