Advisory firm Apt Wealth Partners acquires Semaphore Private

Apt Wealth Partners, a national financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Semaphore Private, a Melbourne-based financial advisory firm. Combining under the Apt Wealth Partners brand, the acquisition will bring together the firms shared transparent investment methodologies and client-focus.

With over 30 years' experience, Apt Wealth Partners has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Geelong, and currently manages over $1.5 billion in client funds. The acquisition will see James McGregor continue as Apt Wealth Partners Managing Director, with Semaphore Private staff joining its Melbourne office.
