We knew we discovered something special in FIJI FIRE Hot Sauce- now the world knows!

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, February 12, 2020 /FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE/ - - "We knew we discovered something special in FIJI FIRE Hot Sauce - now the world knows!", says FIJI FIRE Hot Sauce Australian distributor, Rod Sammut founder of Australian online hot sauce store ChilliBOM.

Rod continues “Such an incredible moment seeing our own world renowned star Margot Robbie trying FIJI FIRE on the viral multimillion viewed worldwide YouTube show, the Hot Ones, was an all time high of my time in the hot sauce biz”.

“I discovered FIJI FIRE and it instantly ignited my interest as it was like no other sauce out there. I knew then I had to share this discovery with Australia. The Fijian Bongo chilli is a habanero that was first grown in Fiji and is a sweeter, tangier variety than your standard habanero, growing into big bright red pods. The use of the chilli in this sauce is a stand out and there is a wonderful balance between the freshness of the Bongo and the other ingredients including the zinginess from the natural vinegar, the sweetness from carrots and the earthiness from the wild picked turmeric. This hot sauce is made in a chunkier style that perfectly allows the tanginess of the Bongo chilli to shine through.

This sauce has very quickly become a new favourite and I use it absolutely everywhere but if I had to make a call, it's especially suited to white meat and grilled fish.

Now hot sauces lovers from around the world get to discover FIJI FIRE themselves after seeing it on the premier episode of the Hot Ones Season 11, starring, Margot Robbie, the two time Academy Awards nominee, Time magazine named 100 most influential people in the world and latest Oscar nominee, including recently receiving ‘Once Upon A Time' co-star Brad Pitt's Supporting Actor British Academy Film Award in his absence.

Each week until mid-April, 11 more celebrities, like Ms. Robbie, will taste the heat of FIJI FIRE for the first time. FIJI FIRE has an everyday great on everything appeal, with its clean ingredients providing that perfect balance of heat and flavor. It's the perfect condiment for those seeking a healthier hot sauce with its paleo, keto, vegan, gluten free and low salt friendly recipe.

Sean Evans, host of the Hot Ones, summed up FIJI FIRE in this way:

"We hop in the prop plane and head to the south Pacific to scoop up FIJI FIRE Native Bongo Chilli Hot Sauce. I can safely say that this is the first sauce we’ve ever had on the show that features Bongo chilli peppers. It’s also the first sauce that we’ve had on the show that features Fijian turmeric. And it’s also the first sauce we’ve ever had on the show that pays tribute to the Fijian fire walkers. Come with me celebrity guests, fire walk with me down the Hot Ones gauntlet. Don’t be scared."

Celebrities are interviewed by host Sean Evans over a series of 10 increasingly spicy chicken wings, each made with a different hot sauce. Three wings in, FIJI FIRE’s spot at sauce number 3, Margot Robbie said she was past the point of the spiciest thing she had ever eaten in her life prior to her "Hot Ones" appearance.
