TTHA uses the Montessori approach to aged care allowing residents to make their own choices and to be as independent as they can be. Accent Home Care allows the elderly to remain in their homes and communities for as long as they can, while receiving the assistance they may need on a daily basis.

With their Accent Home Care programme they have also been providing a Social Support Group for more than 15 years. They cater mainly for clients living within the wider Knox Community. Their clients are diverse in language and culture which ensures outings are rich with variety and fun. The aim of the program is to provide a relaxed and caring environment for clients to attend outings and excursions that they would ordinarily be unable to attend on their own. The program is designed to accommodate the interests and social needs of the client whilst encouraging independence and interaction.

TTHA offers quality amenities and extensive activities to their residents. Their facilities includes a cafe, library and hairdresser, bus trips and outings, individual programs, one on one time with international volunteers, outdoor courtyards and barbecue areas and concerts with the Arts Health Institute.

TTHA also offers Self-Managed Home Care Packages. These packages give clients more control over exactly how they want care managed, giving clients the freedom to choose the right services and products.
