How did it all start?

Darryl has been in the painting industry for over 19 years and started his own business 12 years ago. "I started my business as I felt there was the need for top quality service in the trade industry, and at the time it was something that was really lacking, particularly in painting," he explains.  

With his wife, dad, brother, and sister in law in his team, he opened another division in Townsville about a year ago, which was a great success too. "Starting a division in Townsville a year ago and having great success from day one, shows how organised and well managed our staff are," he commented. 

He aims to build a great culture within the business and continuously seek improvement. "I only employ staff who have the same belief system as us, and can perform at the highest level daily," he says.

He is looking forward to large improvements in his business this year in both cities and the possible expansion of another division.
