TTMI celebrates first Case IH Dealer of the Year award

Dealership TTMI has taken home one of the major awards from this year’s Case IH Dealer of the Year Awards, held in Hobart 27/02/2020, claiming the title of Dealer of the Year 2020 (1 or 2 branches).
It’s the first time TTMI has claimed the top honours, with the business trading since 2003 when it was known as Traf Tractor and Machinery. In 2018 the name was changed to TTMI and today they operate branches in Trafalgar, Victoria, and Longford, Tasmania and employ more than 50 staff.
It was a big night for the business, which also claimed Dealer of the Year - Most Improved and Dealer of the Year - Parts, with TTMI Dealer Principal Jason Henry understandably thrilled with the wins and quick to pay tribute to the staff.
“This award reflects back on our staff and wouldn’t have happened without their tremendous commitment and hard work. We love what we do and we love to sell tractors and to receive Dealer of the Year is a real honour,” Jason said.
“To collect one award is amazing but to be presented with three is something we couldn’t have dreamed of – we’re thrilled, and I’d like to thank everyone at Case IH for their support and advice, which has also helped make this possible.”
Pete McCann, Case IH General Manager for Australia/New Zealand, said it was a huge credit to TTMI and satisfying to see different dealerships making the winners’ list.
“TTMI has undergone significant changes in the past few years, all of them positive steps forward for the business, its staff and customers, so it’s great to see all of that now paying off,” he said.
“Everyone connected with the business has put in an enormous effort to get where they are today and this Dealer of the Year Award is the reward for that level of commitment. That will to succeed and focus on every aspect of their business has seen them recognised as one of the best in the Case IH Australian network.”
The Dealer of the Year results rely on an objective ranking, based on factors including finance and business management, performance in sales and marketing, and parts and servicing, Advanced Farming Systems (AFS) Certification and total market share.
