Indigo Pacific appoints new IT infrastructure manager

Indigo Pacific, an Australian-owned global leader in eForms, workflow and web content management, has appointed Simon Madsen as IT Infrastructure Manager.
Based in Sydney, Madsen will be responsible for overseeing Indigo Pacifics infrastructure management and support, as well as the implementation of policies and procedures around support requests, change management and network security.
As part of his new role Simonwill also be responsible for Indigo Pacifics training environment and for fine-tuning some of the HP solutions, such as job accounting, and document security systems that are sold through Indigo Pacifics reseller channel.
Simon brings over eight years of IT experience to the role. Madsen joins Indigo Pacific from Novell where, as an IT Analyst, his role involved the management and support of the Internet Data Centre / network infrastructure for the Asia Pacific region. He has also held IT support roles at Cambridge Technology Partners and the South West Sydney Institute of TAFE. He has a Diploma in Information Technology from Campbelltown TAFE.
