Accent Home Care is taking steps to ensure its staff and clients are kept safe due to the Coronavirus outbreak. In a recent update on COVID-19 (Coronavirus), it provided information that has been shared with residents, visitors and family members.
“These are unprecedented times, and developments, as reported in the media, are evolving rapidly.
We would like to ensure you that we have taken the necessary precautions to keep our most vulnerable safe. Including advising staff and visitors to not attend TTHA if they have been overseas, been in contact with someone from overseas or have flu like symptoms, and to self quarantine for 14 days, along with other measures and protocols as advised by the Department of Health.
We continue to encourage residents, visitors and staff to follow government guidelines and infection control protocols, and will continue to update our community.
