Indigo Pacific Acknowledged with Tier One Status by Adobe

Announcement posted by Indigo Pacific 04 May 2005

Indigo Pacific has today signed an agreement with Adobe Systems making the enterprise solutions provider a Tier One Adobe Partner in the Asia Pacific region.
The new status reflects Indigo Pacific's industry expertise and experience in developing product and services based solutions, including electronic forms, workflow/process management, and document generation to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of their customers' business processes.
Indigo Pacific, previously JetForm specialists, became a provider of Adobe enterprise solutions in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China in 2002 following Adobe's purchase of JetForm.
Indigo Pacific sees the new agreement as recognition by Adobe of the company's strong customer focus. Indigo Pacific has a culture of ensuring strong customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships, continually updating them with new developments in the market.
Craig Tegel, Managing Director, Adobe Systems stated, "Indigo Pacific knows their customer base very well. They also understand how to support their enterprise customers as they transfer their paper processes into digital documents. This knowledge has helped us improve our customer base dramatically since we began our partnership in 2002. This new Tier One status will undoubtedly be very successful for both companies."
This agreement enhances the status of the relationship for Indigo Pacific throughout the Asia Pacific region and will put the company on a similar contractual status as other Adobe Tier 1 partners i.e. IBM and Accenture.
Hugh Millikin, CEO and President of Indigo Pacific said, "Indigo Pacific is different from Adobe's other Tier 1 partners in the region. We are, by comparison, a much smaller yet still a very dynamic company. Our success has been our ability to foster very close relationships with our customers."
Mr Millikin added "Many of our customers are represented in Australia and throughout Asia Pacific as well as North America. Initially this new Asia Pacific agreement with Adobe will enable us to deploy locally developed solutions across the region. Previously this has been difficult as we have held different levels of agreements in different countries."
The agreement will mean that Indigo Pacific will receive recognition of the new status on the Adobe website, as well as through joint participation in events and more opportunities for co-branding and lead generationthrough Adobe's marketing efforts.
