High-speed internet solution to Utopia Space Apartments

VostroNet has deployed a high-speed residential fibre network solution to the Utopia-Space apartments at Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
Stuck with NBN’s proposed offering, the developer sought an innovative, future-proof solution for their new residential development. Utopia Space is the latest development from Sandt Developments, one of Australia’s fastest-growing and ambitious development companies.
VostroNet’s installation comes as the internet provider expands its existing network to residential multi-dwelling units across the Asia-Pacific. VostroNet caters for a range of residential high-rise developments, as an alternative to the NBN. The offering includes fibre-to-the-premise (FTTP), higher-speeds, lower costs and a 24/7 support network to both building managers and residents.
As the backbone to their offering, VostroNet deployed a dedicated fibre connection to the Utopia-Space building. This offers residents and guests ultra high-speeds and uninterrupted connection. Wi-Fi access points were also distributed around common areas, pool and gym, rooftop area and offices spaces in the development.

Complementing the infrastructure solution, VostroNet also deployed its innovative Q2 software platform. Q2 allows residents to connect to one of VostroNet’s high-speed, low costs retailers from the moment they walk through the door.
As short-stay accommodation is present in the development, Q2 also enables building management to easily administer guests to the network. Management can also generate useful network and user analytics to provide additional information on behaviour and trends.
VostroNet not only caters for the internet needs of Utopia-Space today but offers a future-proof solution for years to come.
