#BlackLivesMatter Racism is a very real and present threat to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other people of colour and from CALD backgrounds in Australia.
Unless racism is addressed, First Nations Australians will continue to suffer injustice and systemic oppression which have significantly and negatively impacted the health and wellbeing of these communities.

This country needs to heal so that we can move forward.
The #UluruStatement offers a healing process through truth telling.
We call on Australia’s leaders to start working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations to conduct a truth telling process, which 60 other countries around the world have already undertaken in order to move their countries forward.
