For those returning back to flexible working spaces, Aten’s latest video presenter, the VP2120 Seamless Presentation Switch, empowers BYOD collaboration for more efficient and productive meetings in huddle spaces and rooms.

Working off any laptops and smartphones in a team situation is faster and easier than ever before. The device features one HDMI input, dual HDMI outputs, but most importantly, four bi-directional streaming channels. This built-in multiview, which allow for four streamed-in sources to be displayed in quad view on one single screen, means that whether you are in the same room, different rooms, or seperate floors entirely, four users can connect wirelessly, and stream their screen during a meeting. This makes it easier to share information and ideas with others in the team. Users have the capacity to view in multi-view mode or enlarge one person’s screen to full view, making adjustments to meet the needs of fast moving discussions. For those who require ultra smooth presentations, products such as this use an Ultra Seamless Switching with Scaler that allows for zero-second switching without any latency while scaling. This ensures the best output resolution.

Further to this, the switch allows the flexibility for multiple audio sources such as mics and speakers, the mixing of mic inputs for multiple speakers, easy content sharing and collaboration between on-site and remote participants, and directing control to moderators where required. This is made possible by various features such as the:

· 1080p Streaming for distance-free sharing and collaboration

· The Go Live function that allows the meeting moderator to broadcast HD video streams to up to 5 remote locations

· The ‘Streaming in’ function allowing those from remote locations to share content to the moderator via intuitive web GUI, and 

· The ‘Stream Queuing’ feature that lines up the ‘streamed-in’ content already approved by the moderator to be shown one at a time, in order to manage the meeting flow.
