Divine Food & Wine Dinner at Tilly May's

The Trinity invites guests to experience a divine evening of wining and dining in an ambient setting under the stars upstairs at Tilly May’s rooftop on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 from 7:00PM.

Tilly May’s is all about the fun time vibes and while private functions may be on hold for the time being due to the pandemic, Tilly’s still wants to keep the good times rolling. Teaming up with Halliday 5-star rated winery - Printhie Wines from Orange, NSW, the venue is welcoming groups of up to 10 guests to join them for ‘Tilly’s Divine Wine Dinner’.

The evening will consist of a 4-course menu paired with 6 meticulously selected wines to delight your palate. Elegant dishes carefully curated by head chef Derek Bell will feature locally sourced produce from drought affected areas around NSW. The menu will include dishes such as ‘Lake Canobalas Murray Cod Tortellini with Chevre & Sweet River Foam’ paired with Printhie’s Topography Chardonnay to start. This will be followed by the chef proclaimed stand out ‘Spatchcock & Prosciutto Roulad with Blue Cheese & Balsamic Onion on Cauliflower & Confit Garlic Puree’ described by Derek as “a great countryside dish, that’s always a winner”.

The night is suited for everyone from wine lovers, to those who just like a tipple or two and are looking for some good recommendations on what to drink coming into the warmer months. The occasion is about enjoying good food, good wine & good company. The event will include short talks from the wine maker and a quick-fire Q&A for guests to get answers to any burning questions they may have about all things wine, without being distracted too long so you can enjoy the evening & atmosphere with friends.
