Certus APAC and Cotton On Group Collaborate for a Successful Go Live For YOU Hub - HR and Recruiting System
Melbourne, Victoria; August 2020. Leading implementation partner Certus APAC, in partnership with Australia’s biggest Global retailer, Cotton On Group is pleased to announce the successful launch of their global Human Resources solution YOU Hub.
The Cotton On Group chose Oracle’s Human Capital Management solution as the platform to meet their business need. The implementation, led by Certus APAC, encompassed 3 Go-Lives across Cotton On Groups’ HQ, Retail, and Distribution Centre divisions, across all 8 brands within Australia.
The Australian global retailer identified their need to refocus efforts on the technological gaps within their business and to move away from disparate ageing legacy solutions. Their focus is on increasing productivity and effectiveness and improving engagement with employees and candidates applying through recruitment.
Rob Bowyer, Group Business Systems Manager at Cotton On Group the business case and the choice of the solution:

Cotton On Groups’ journey to the Cloud with Certus APAC still continues. The next set of deployments will be focused on deploying “YOU Hub” the platform to the remaining global infrastructure. A further project phase is planned in the new year to expand the functionality of the solution whilst utilising Certus’ CloudSure Implementation Methodology.
