New AlcoSense Elite 3 breathalyser with Bluetooth is the ideal personal safety tool

Andatech’s latest addition to its extensive breathalyser range is the AlcoSense Elite 3 BT, a small and handy device but intelligent enough to know if you are safe to drive after you’ve had a few drinks after work, at a meal with friends or during a family bbq.

Anyone who enjoys a drink and is tech-savvy would be interested to know that the AlcoSense Elite 3 BT breathalyser is now Bluetooth enabled, which provides connectivity via an iSober app for comprehensive tracking of a person's drinking habits.

The ability to capture a photo of the user blowing into the device is a reliable record-keeping function. The photo can then be emailed if desired. This smart feature can be used to assure parents of P-platers that their loved-ones are acting responsibly.

The breathalyser uses an FxCell2 advanced fuel cell sensor for fast and stable performance. It is tested and certified for its accuracy and reliability, meeting Australian Standard AS3547.

The stylish AlcoSense Elite 3 BT has a light weight of just 83 grams, which includes two AAA batteries. It comes with a zip pouch that that protects the unit and stores mouthpieces. 

The unit can be used with a mouthpiece for specific testing, or without a mouthpiece for fast mode testing. Fast mode testing provides a positive or negative alcohol reading within five seconds and is perfect for P-plate drivers who need a zero-alcohol reading before driving and therefore aren’t concerned with a specific BAC reading.
