With nearly one in five Australians experiencing hay fever or allergic rhinitis, a new, low-priced, portable HEPA air purifier could be the answer to 4.6 million people breathing more freely.

VOCs a problem for many

Pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the cause of many respiratory problems, particularly in people with asthma or heightened sensitivity to chemicals. The Ionmax Selah has four fan speeds, an eight-hour timer, a filter replacement indicator and operates at a low noise level of 35 to 55 decibels*, depending on the fan speed, which is low enough to use at night without disturbing anyone’s sleep.
