B. Braun Australia supports families with a revised parental leave scheme

Sydney, 30 November 2020 – B. Braun has announced the introduction of paid parental leave to all

B. Braun staff in Australia. This new scheme is offering employees up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave. This support is in addition to the current parental leave offered by the Australian Government.

 

The gender-neutral parental policy will benefit a primary carer (an employee, or employee’s spouse or defacto spouse). The new scheme will come into effect from 1st January 2021 and will be available to the birth parents and adoptive parents of children under 16 years of age. 

 

Louise Busuttil, Senior Human Resources Manager of B. Braun Australia said:
