The awards keep flowing at Complete Home Filtration

The awards keep flowing as Complete Home Filtration takes centre stage at RISE Business awards

After strong revenue growth along with the ability to adapt and change during the testing financial market of 2020, Complete Home Filtration was named Start-Up of the Year at the RISE Business Awards.

It has been less than three years since launch, but Complete Home Filtration lead by Suzanne Dodds has gone from strength to strength in its mission to provide access to filtered water from every tap of the home to Australian families.

Amongst tough competition from new tech and construction companies, Suzanne Dodds took centre stage to collect the award after what turned out to be a memorable announcement after a slip-up by presenter Tracey Vo. In a clip later that saw social media followers calling it a “Miss Universe” moment, Vo announced Protective Engineered Safety as the winner only to realise she had read the last name on the previous prompt card. This drew a gasp from the audience but became a point of conversation and friendly banter for all that attended, before correcting herself to announcing the winner.

Start-Up of the Year was not the only award Complete Home Filtration was up for, in the heavily contested WA Business of the Year award was pipped at the post by integrated energy company UON. The Start-Up of the Year award tops off a remarkable year of growth for Complete Home Filtration, after just last month announcing a successful $2.4 million Series A funding round. Investor Andrew Sypkes of the Sypkes Group along with a second investment from the team at RAC WA’s venture capital arm BetterLabs will see Complete Home Filtration boost its industry presence.

This influx of capital plus the exposure and recognition from awards such as the RISE Business Start-Up of the Year will help to facilitate the further expansion of the business and keep Complete Home Filtration at the forefront of the industry.

Over the coming months, Complete Home Filtration will continue its expansion to provide better water for more Australians. After a successful 2020 spring launch into Queensland, South Australia is now penned in for early 2021, so be prepared to see the stunningly designed Complete Home Filtration unit on more and more homes all around the country.

The expansion does not stop there as 2021 will also see the completion of a highly touted PFAS product which has been developed with the support of the Department of Defense and Curtin University.
