Company announces strong incremental Australian revenue growth after exceeding previous forecasts and produces first positive EBITDA in November.
MobileActive Limited (ASX:MBA), a global mobile phone content and entertainment provider, is today restating its forecasted Australian premium rate SMS revenue growth to 114% for the 2006 calendar year, after revenues in September, October and November have exceeded previous forecasts provided to the market.
The company is also forecasting that it will produce its maiden Australian monthly EBITDA profit in this month.
Updated forecasts for the 2006 calendar year include:
* Premium Rate SMS revenue up by 114%
* Average monthly Premium Rate SMS revenue growth of 12.5% since February 2006
* No debt with a cash position after placement of $2.5M (1 December 2006) Commenting on the results, MobileActive chief executive Chris Thorpe said "MobileActive’s financial results in 2006 continue to exceed our internal budgets and confirm that we are executing our business plans. Looking forward the company is working towards producing a strong positive EBITDA result for the second half of the financial year in its Australian operations.”
